He has led initiatives across claims, billing, credentialing, and process improvement—helping organizations improve compliance, streamline operations, and drive financial performance. With a strong background in leadership and system optimization, Shamont brings a strategic, results-driven approach to every engagement. He is Lean Six Sigma certified and actively serves on the boards of HealthCare Access Maryland, the YMCA of Frederick County, and the Rotary Club of Frederick.
